I Am Toast

I have been so focused lately on my more involved, multi-page comics that I’ve been missing my simpler little one-shot slice-of-life comics I used to draw in my blank journal book. So when a simpler little slice-of-life occurance ...um ...occurred, it just begged to be drawn into my book. I hope to continue drawing these ones intermittently while still working on my bigger projects.

This is the next page of Grandmother, tentatively numbered 6. I'm going to insert a page back in the middle of the comic, and though this is the last page I have thumbnailed so far, it feels like it needs an extra page at the end as kind of follow through. We will see!

This is possibly the fifth page of my Grandmother comic, but it will probably become page six. I feel like the transition between the last page and this one is a bit rough, and that there is the need for another page and a smoother segue to connect them.
